Created not so long ago, the Human Resources Special Unit is here to stay. Working hard and daily, this important part of the Habboon Intelligence Agency has been growing incessantly to ensure a great workspace for all members of our community.

The main responsibility of the Human Resources Department is to supervise and ensure procedural quality in personnel issues at Habbo Intelligence Agency. We support the workers and ensure equality and harmony when we handle cases. HIA strives to be a good workplace, where interested, harmonious and responsible staff perform well, and in the spirit of equality. The best working conditions should be ensured for all staff, as well as the opportunity for them to thrive in their position.

Current Tasks:
» Development and Improvement
- Reviewing and editing the Disciplinary Actions Guide
- Modifying the HIA Code of Conduct
» Secretariat
- Working towards providing weekly badge removal submissions on the portal.
- Advertising new updates of implemented policies around base.
» Internal collaboration (between Special Units)
- Collecting an extensive feedback from each assigned SU.
- Proposing and redirecting possible follow-up actions for those matters.
- Gathering invalid Disciplinary logs and redirecting to LA SU.
- Evaluating recent transfer logs and assisting transferred workers.
» Social Management

» Development and Improvement
Increasing the efficiency & productivity of trainings by reviewing existing scripts, discussing the addition of new information. Reduce chances of miscommunication between guides/scripts/CoC and the reader.
» Secretariat
Responsible of finding inactive members on badges, alerting BAs and ensure any follow up action has been taken. Promote any new policies that have been implemented, ensuring that all members of HIA are aware of such rules. Promote the usage of both bases during peak periods.
» Internal collaboration (between Special Units)
The link of communication between HmR and the other Special Units (SU). Cooperating with other special units to keep track of any necessary follow up action, at the same time, coming up with a monthly report of SUs, keeping track of the tasks they have completed.
» Social Management
The Social Management division (SM) is a newly founded division in HmR that aims to educate and guide HIA members on implemented policies and rules. It is done through information sessions, where HIA members can clear doubts and enquire on any policy or rule. Moreover, SM will aid other HmR division in tasks in times of need.
